Regardless of position, it's really about understanding agency dynamics; who does what. Learning the lay of the land and how each role affects eachother. We are all in this together and knowing how each part of the machine works truely helps the larger picture so it functions properly and we can all create work we're at least semi proud of (right?).
Ask questions when you don't know the answer. If you think it's a stupid question, chances are there's someone in the room more senior than you, pretending to know the answer when they don't. You're new and NOT expected to know everything. Ask questions and show initiative.
You WILL be wrong...a lot of the time. Your skills are yet to be honed. But you were hired over everyone else because they saw your potential. Take the guidance. Take the criticism. Dive headfirst into it all but know that even though THIS may seem like your entire universe at times, you can take a step back and get a realization that theres more important things in your life. Friends. Family. Hobbies.

A healthy disdain for doing timesheets
Work on learning how the agency work gets sold in, scoped, created, produced, delivered, billed/paid for. Strategy/ideation/production/media and the operational/financial side of things. Start to finish. What each dept/function in the agency does, their role in the process. Try to cultivate relationships and ideally friendships from all functions. It will serve you greatly later and as you progress in your career.
