They seemed to be in the tea he of area manager pay ($60-80k)rather than operations

Have any of your companies given inflationary raises? Mine has not, and I do not believe they’re going to. I have not asked, and I know I should start there. I am worried that even their inflationary raise would not be enough. My career path is also kind of a weird one, and I have been working to try and show my true experience.
