What should you do if you see an error in the appraisal report (ordered by the lender)? Should you tell them about it, or just assume they have done their due diligence? It wouldn't impact the results

Bank error in your favor?

If it doesn’t impact the valuation of your home sounds like it’s not important. The appraiser is the lender’s vendor, not yours.

Curios to know if the RE bowl think there will be a crash in RE prices since it was at a peak for the past couple years, a lot of realtors are saying no it won't but a fisherman won't say his fish is stink so I don't put much weight on their opinion. Also I am thinking these ppl that are paying way above the asking price for some properties will lose once the value in some of these properties drop. That's just my 2 cents, curious to know yours.

Has anyone installed sound-proofing windows? Can they really block 95% of noises? I just saw a condo that checks all the boxes except it’s on a busy street and there is a constant noise from buses, trains and cars. Windows seemed old and may not have been replaced for over 15-20 years (but it’s double pane). I can also install sound absorbing curtains on top of that.
