Been at current agency for a year, loved it and love my team. Pros: Benefits are great, as is the mentorship and work is generally quite stable. Cons: Lower paid

The new agency is smaller and benefits aren’t as good but I’ll get a +45% pay increase and title bump. Work is different to what I’m used to which is both exciting and daunting (imposter syndrome will no doubt kick in!).

Ideal situation would have been to stay in current role another year or two... help!

Im putting my 2 weeks notice in about 2 weeks. Then I’m taking 2 weeks in between jobs for a family wedding and some traveling, and will begin my new job in August.
