What salary should one expect for IT audit Senior1 (4 years of Exp) in Big 4(both global and India practice)??

Anybody have any experience in leveraging a competing Big 4 offer to get a raise / promo at your current Big 4? Risky?

I am a new manager in corp tax and have no intention of becoming SM, at least not for another 5 years. What should I do? I am thinking about jumping to another big 4 around M3.

Expecting to get an offer from another firm in a week or so and planning to be gone by end of Feb after wrapping up a big engagement.
