What do web developers need most from graphic designers? I'm a graphic designer who's fairly new to the industry. My company has been designing a lot of websites recently, and we recently hired a web developer for the first time. This has me wondering: what do web developers wish graphic designers would do to help them out?

If your goal was to break into Product Mgt, would you go with an Amazon Product role for the experience or a Google Program role for the company culture that better aligns with your values? For the Google role, you’d still plan to pivot to PM at Google but will obviously take 1-3 years depending. Holding all things equal - location, comp etc. Looking for some insight

Applied to transfer to another property, found out that my manager told their manager that I had attendance issues, which she has never talked to me about and even said recently that I don’t have any attendance issues. I have been late by about 10 minutes a couple times when the bus is late, and have had to take a couple of emergency sick days, but I’m usually in the office before her. I technically shouldn’t know that she said it at all so I have no idea how to approach her about it.
