How does cognizant takes for project allocation?
Hello! Is anyone working at Spotify or HubSpot within product/project management that would be willing to connect for a virtual coffee chat?
I’m a recent grad and currently working in tech/product development. I have been interested in growing my career at either of these companies and would be grateful to gain insight on day-to-day and steps you took to successfully break in.
I know this might be a big ask here, but it’s been difficult trying to land one on LinkedIn. Thanks in advance

What kind of people are you dealing with?! I worked in FL for 10 years and never had this experience (at least the “don’t know email” part).
Sometimes emails get caught up in spam filters, but they should check their junk mail.
Tell them they need to respond to email and express how important and efficient it is. The alternatives are letters that they may not receive in the mail that cost 3x as much to write or they can set an appointment up and meet in person. If they refuse to pay your bill, drop as a client. Its not worth representing these clients.
Fair, A1. I do try to be efficient to keep their bill low, and just get more done. I’ve never had anyone freak out about a bill yet. One started cause I needed permission/a waiver of privilege. So I emailed and requested a response. He calls. I’m like, no. I need you to write me back. He keeps calling. And finally I send a snail mail letter and he calls to schedule an appointment. At that appointment, he alleges to not know how to email (despite previously communicating via email (albeit short sentence responses) over the previous 2 months)
LA1: I don’t know if it’s a ruse to get me on the phone or in person. But I have had to help 2-3 clients in the last 10 days email me something from their phones.
