What sort of exit opportunities do people focus on/target from “digital” consulting? Given set skillset (which what?), can it be industry agnostic as well?

Recently got an email from a recruiter promoting a fully remote lit associate position with a 1600 hrs reqmt at a less than 50 atty law firm and essentially what is old Cravath scale pay. Does anyone have experience with a move like this? Too good to be true? I was under the impression that positions with low billables for big law (or close to big law) pay don’t really exist…
