I work in a warehouse as a lead and doing some interviews here in there for supervisor positions. I've been offered salary pay but with overtime I typically make more. Do you think it'll be better to take a new position else where or stay and try to grow? I feel like it'll be more work and shit to deal with for the same pay.

How bad does it look to future employers for an experienced attorney (15+ years) who is pivoting into a different practice area and looking to lateral after only having been at their current/first job for 4-5 months in the new practice area? My cousin wants to enter into the IT industry but his graduation is from non Tech (B.A). So I have suggested him to persue and MBA in IT or MCA may be from distance learning will also help.

Those who exited to pharma or biotech, what % raise did you get with promotion? I joined a mid size pharma and when I got promoted to AD, was shocked with a mere 8% raise in base with a 3% increase in bonus and triple the stocks but it takes a white to vest.. is this the standard?
