What strength training apps have you girls been using, I’m currently in my first trimester and using the peloton. I was very active pre-pregnancy and would like to continue.

What to expect baby app gave me some recommendations for yoga but other than that I did virtually no exercising.

Peloton and Sweat!

Barre! This is my second pregnancy and both times, barre has been great- easy to modify as needed and great for core strength and I think good prep for labor.

So i recently quit an organisation. I had been working with them for a few years. It was a full time job with them but on contract. They didn't provide me any kind of maternity benefit not even paid leave. Can anything be done about it? Or is it normal for companies to not give contract workers any kinda benifit? There was no 3rd party involved. I got my form16 directly from the company but no pf was deducted.

Any clue how much I can expect my body/bump to grow between 8w3d and 12w3d? I am small (5’4 115lbs) and so far have not gained any weight but my once mostly flat stomach is already not flat anymore and I have a tiny bump under my belly button. Has anyone had trouble finding an ob gyn? I just moved to my area and the recommended ob gyns are fully booked. The first date I can schedule is not until I'm 20+ weeks along. Would you just go to a lower rated ob (taking 2 out of 5 stars on Yelp) the first few weeks and then switch when you are able?

Back sleepers, how did you manage to not sleep on your back later in pregnancy? I keep waking up, conscious that I'm on my back, and roll over on my side, but the cycle repeats because I keep ending up on my back.

Are there any safe face masks to use? I know certain acids and chemicals aren’t safe. I normally use the gel masks (neutrogena) or similar kinds, but wasn’t sure what specifically to avoid. These specially state hyalluronic acid. My face is dry as sh*t, and not being able to do Botox/ face peels is killing me lol. (It’s been about 9 months and I’m starting to see the lines creep back 😫)
