What sub-verticals within tech are most actively hiring right now or getting funding? I know climate tech hasn’t lost steam, any others?

Getting pulled into meetings on different projects as functional lead or backup to functional lead. What is the best way to organize, to keep meeting notes, key tidbits, track of latest updates and status? One note or something else? Also, any tips or books to read to help manage such a pace and diversity of projects. Not looking to be a PM. Role is more around managing FTE and contractors across different groups without actually having them reporting to you. TIA

What are the typical differences (+ and -) between PM Role in b2b and b2c organisations? Holding an offer from both, with 10L more in b2b and another b2c paying less. Despite the title here (I can’t seem to get a change to stick), I’m a senior UX designer who’s been at a company for 4.5 years. This week, I’ve adjusted my LinkedIn status to being “open to work”, for recruiters only — not actively seeking, just exploring options.

I’ve been unhappy at the org for the better part of a year since my former innovation team was dismantled. Just tonight, I received a connection request on LinkedIn from my HR director, whom I’ve minimally connected with. Coincidence?

I have verbal offers from LinkedIn and actual offer from FB...this is for data analytics position...both at same level. Which one should I pick? My preference is good WLB and quality of work as against to total comp.
