Big push in tax for Alteryx use. Firm is trying to have every tax professional do learnings on Alteryx so they have at least an idea of its capabilities.

Our push is to get certified. I passed the exam and got the certification. Can I use it, no.

Tax question - I make about $200k and get half of my income from a W-2 and another half from being an independent contractor. Because, I’m subject to pay both FICA and SECA taxes. Do my social security taxes get capped on amounts paid above the ~$140k threshold across both my W-2 and 1099 incomes or am I out of luck and have to pay more than that since only about 100k of my income is FICA and the other 100K is SECA (which is subject to ~12% overall including the ER portion)?
