Does anyone know what an incoming Principal Associate with about 3.5 YOE can expect to make at Capital One? Heard the culture and WLB is great there and I’m interested.

I’m at an agency where I love the people, the culture, and there is good work happening… but my main client is driving me insane. They’ve sent us swirling for about a year now and are creatively paralyzed - not able to make decisions and make something. Likely no new business opportunities until the new year. Should I stay or go?
Has anyone dealt with this before: My GC furloughed me with HR over zoom in early July stating it was due to Covid (I work in live events so understandable). He never checked in on me once through the past few months then recently has texted me multiple times asking how I’m doing and that he’s going to call me. Usually at weird times of the night. I always respond the next morning being ultra professional and saying I’m fine and hoping he is well. I also give him a time frame in which I am ....
When you are interviewing don't be afraid to say you don't know or that you're not sure, the worst thing you can do in an interview is try to BS yourself through an answer especially a technical one. Rather tell you don't know and maybe explain how you would fix this lack of knowledge or how you are in the process of fixing it.. you start BSing the interviewer (especially a technical SME) and they'll figure out you got no clue and just trying to save face instead of figure out the right answer.
My friend posted this so I thought I’d share here. Might work for early career people looking to transition from healthcare into program management/desk research? I know they also have software, so there would be some tech involved. The range has some flex if you have a MS degree and relevant experience. Looking for some advice: I am extremely unhappy in my current role (literally just had a breakdown and cried for a good 30 minutes) and I want to leave. I’ve tried to switch groups internally to try something different but always receive pushback from my leadership. I haven’t been able to find a role externally yet and I’m not 100% sure what I really want to do for work. Any advice at all? I’m really stuck and not sure what to do.
