How do you navigate getting a referral on a platform like this? Genuinely curious on if HR/Recruiting asks how you know the person you're referring, or if they don't care where the referral comes from.
Really interested in a junior PM role at Razorfish. A close friend currently works for a different Publicis org, so not sure if a referral from them would mean anything.

Deflation in dollar will always lead to weakening of all global currencies as currently seen. That’s what you get when global financial system is tied to a fiat currency purely based on trust and that country starts printing away currency like there’s no tomorrow. USA printed trillions during covid and is now pulling back by increasing interest rates

Haha EY2, where did you hear that from? And why do you worry?

I know it is behind the paywall. I can’t paste the entire article. But in India’s context , this is what wsj has to say :
“That isn’t the case with bigger emerging markets like India, Brazil and Mexico that can finance themselves partly through local markets and avoid taking on dollar-linked debt.”

Saw this:( as a half paki half Indian the economy always makes me sad, Pakistan just doesn’t have enough big industries besides military and corruption. Bangladesh is winning jn textiles and sports equipment isn’t big enough even tho it’s something. Also the inflation caused by many factors and a weak rupee is sad but don’t know what solution would be
