Providence Health & Services Anyone looking to exit to industry? I’m a former Big 4 revenue cycle consultant now leading the net revenue valuation and analytics at a large West health system with two current openings. One is in the data shop (SQL, cloud migration, Clarity) and the other is on the analyst side (budget/forecast, variance/trend analysis). Offshore team for the grunt work allows us to focus on value-add, including collaboration with our data scientists on integrating machine learning into our processes. Providence Health & Services

Hi sharks, What is the process of onboarding in Oracle? I got to know my BGC is clear and they have finalized the start date. I got an excel sheet to fill information like PF, Health insurance and other relevant information for smooth onboarding. I haven't received anything after that. Spent 4+ years as CMO of startup company. It was an incredible learning experience but also a very difficult uphill battle trying to steer the owners and the company in the right direction. I’ve just exited the company as of 11/18. The owners expected to storm the marketplace and emerge as a number one brand at only 6 years old without putting in the work.Company had a very hard time understanding the concept of a unique value proposition. Hoping to find a new remote (full time) position ASAP

I'll wear a mask when I have a cold!
Rising Star
I’ll do this too and will probably also wear a mask on the subway long after the pandemic ends.
Dramatically downsized my wardrobe, donated almost everything and haven’t bought a single thing in a year. Started wearing things multiple times before laundry which was previously inconceivable but now I realize it’s not bad at all. I overall have maybe 10 total outfits. My entire wardrobe now fits in two drawers, plus an extra box for bulky winter items. This is coming from someone who used to have a 6x6 walk-in closet.
Life is sooo much simpler (for me) with a small wardrobe.
Probably nothing. I’m happy to not be around crowds as it is, I still plan on wearing a mask when necessary and I think this past year has helped me realize what is and is not important. If anything I may continue to donate the remainder of my office clothes and downsize my wardrobe.
I’m still WFH so I barely wear makeup anymore - my skin has never been better. I enjoy doing my makeup, but I think I’ll wear less moving forward. WFH has also grown on me a lot. My ideal scenario would be 1 in-office day per week, which is a big change from my pre-covid mindset.
I will focus less on outward networking and focus on building more meaningful relationships which deliver value for myself and the others. I will look towards more intimate round table style sessions with high level of interaction as opposed to larger conferences and exhibitions.
Rising Star
Going to try to stick to my wfh sleep schedule. The extra hour of sleep a night I’ve been getting has done wonders for my health and mental health.
Gym membership and commuting
Rising Star
More focus on family and other things besides work. Less focus on my appearance (I’m extremely vain). More focus on healthy habits such as exercise and eating well. Wearing a mask on airplanes or public transit, staying home when sick.
Hoping that there won’t be stigma against masks after the pandemic because I’d love to just continue wearing mine whenever I want.
