I don’t use an alarm. I have three boys under the age of 7 so I’m up by 6:30 every morning. No matter the bad decisions I made the night before.

likefunny

WFA 1, do it over time. Move your alarm up 30 minutes every couple months or so.

smart

Even better, move your alarm up 2-3 minutes every week. Before you know it you'll be up at 530 without the alarm.

Good for you guys. Usually up around 730. No kids and work out at night. Wish I could shift my day up 2 hours. What’s the big secret?

Thanks guys. Ironically reading the compounding effect and that book totally speaks to that emrhod

WFA1... Just get old, it happens on its own. I wake up on my own at 5:30am, no alarm and not by choice. 🤣

5A for meditation and reading

A good friend of mine graduated from Parsons this past summer, has degrees in Journalism and French, is a talented photographer and designer (which I feel I have a pretty decent eye for after working at a design-driven branding agency for half a decade). HELP my friends! I’ve been invited to a recruiter screen for the initial interview with HR for Global Safety Associate. The only part which is similar is that I’m the main point of contacts for pt so I can report their complaint to Health Canada. How can I convince them I can handle this new job

Hi all - looking for stats and help on what a St Consultant level III gets paid here in London? (My understanding is that levels are indicative of the cost of living of your home office and thus a higher level guarantees a higher pay). With 80K I feel like I’m being severely low-balled. I’m transferring from a US office.
