I don’t use an alarm. I have three boys under the age of 7 so I’m up by 6:30 every morning. No matter the bad decisions I made the night before.
WFA 1, do it over time. Move your alarm up 30 minutes every couple months or so.
Even better, move your alarm up 2-3 minutes every week. Before you know it you'll be up at 530 without the alarm.

Good for you guys. Usually up around 730. No kids and work out at night. Wish I could shift my day up 2 hours. What’s the big secret?

WFA1... Just get old, it happens on its own. I wake up on my own at 5:30am, no alarm and not by choice. 🤣
