I follow Jacko Wilink on Twitter and he wakes up around 4:30 everyday to work out, considering I'm younger than him I wake up at 4:00 a.m. everyday for my workout

I would choose workout/health... always gotta lookout for number 1
Agree! I struggle because early AM is my prime time for everything so I basically have to choose what I want to excel at that say 😂

When we traveled I worked out at 6 every day - was super easy to catch a class & I loved working out on my own terms. Now with wfh I’ve varied because I’m west coast with and east coast client so now I just do a workout late afternoon
