You were honest and people are different/work differently. I would not be worried about losing a friend over this, but if you do, maybe they will someday come around.

How really is the culture/atmosphere at K&E? Ive also heard some great things. Someone I know, who happens to be a quintessential shy/introverted/quiet guy, seems to really like working at K&E (NY).
Somewhat and for some people. But not everyone is good at saying no and if you’re pretty good to a star, you get offered all these “opportunities” you shouldn’t say no to. Or if you’re loyal to certain partners, they may get crazy hot and you start to think of their clients as your clients
Do you think they’re having a hard time adjusting but are capable of the work once they get past the adjustment curve? New culture and faster pace can be hard to get used to, even if you can do the work well. Maybe let them vent but let them know it gets easier once you adjust.
