Anyone has interview experience in PepsiCo ?
Hey y’all…. I’m entering the 2nd round of interviews with this company and I truly want it.
Would anyone know the average base salary for a System Engineer (lower level AND senior roles)? I live in NYC if that helps provide a more accurate estimate.
TD - Two weeks back completed two rounds in interview on the same week. They said they were satisfied and will be in touch. But no response yet. Will I hear from them? I just need reply irrespective of the outcome.
Not bragging — I have hiring manager level interviews setup all in the same week for Google, Facebook, and Amazon. What’s the best way to prepare? 😥
As a junior strategy consultant who’s keen to work in PE, would a CFA or CAIA be an advantage when applying for an investment role in the future?
I keep getting jobs that I'm way underqualified for, should I sell myself shorter in interviews or apply for roles I'm grossly overqualified for? This has happened twice now and it's going to be noticable on a resume if I don't nail this next job.
I just want a company where I can comfortably do the work asked of me, without feeling like I'm letting them down.

I had a first interview with the hiring manager (ended up being the director of the division I’m applying into) but I didn’t hear back for a few weeks . Now, the lead recruiter has reached out and requested that we have a call “as a next step” ASAP. Any ideas on what this call may be?
I’m currently trying to make a career pivot from font-end finance to tech, specifically customer success roles and or operations. I have bank processes, controls, employee development, and leadership skills; however, I have difficulty getting an interview or my foot in the door. Any insight or advice?
Is experienced hire strategy recruiting still on pause / pushed out to fall and beyond? Have two interviews that got pushed from March to TBD, wondering if I should continue networking to try to get some more opportunities or just chill. Haven’t seen anything but tech and bank roles

I'm in the process of interviewing with Goldman and haven't heard back for over a week after round 3. This happened between rounds 2 and 3 with them as well - after I followed up the next round was scheduled shortly thereafter. Is it wrong to follow up again with the recruiter / would I seem impatient? What's the proper etiquette? Thanks!
Relatively new partner here. Recently, I took my eye off the ball of a small closing (assuming, incorrectly, that the senior associate was on top of things), and the client became openly frustrated with us. It all ended up fine, but I never directly apologized. (I am also a woman and hyper aware of the female tendency to over-apologize.) Do I send the client a note/call to acknowledge the shortcomings and take responsibility? Or would that be met with annoyance?
Hi all. I’m a ux designer at a small company and need to recruit a few people for usability testing. Our target demographic is people over the age of 35 who’ve been in leaderships positions. If you’re interested I’ll send the link- the test will take about 15-30 minutes and pays 20$. No human interaction required.
I have a feel that I’m being underpaid compared to my male counterparts.

Might have an interview with the legal team at a studio. Junior role, TV production, 0-3 years experience, I have about 1 year. What skills/qualities should I highlight? And what makes a good in-house lawyer?

Hi everybody! 😊
I've been working as a Junior Analog Design Engineer for a year and half.
I received a proposal for a Senior Analog Designer role from Bosch in the same city where I am currently working.
Should I wait and build up a few more years of experience before accepting a Senior role or should I jump in and work to fill the gap?
Next year, there will be an important deadline for the project I'm working on and my resignation could be critical for the team, how would you deal with it?
