ADHD medication with high Blood Pressure?

I found ADHD meds helpful when I worked in consulting in my 20s. I stopped the meds when I went back to school. Also have had High BP since late 20s. 15 years away, I am back in consulting and loving it, however my difficulties juggling so many projects/tasks is holding me back. I know I would benifit from some ADHD medication but my Dr won’t prescribe any with my history of BP (controlled with BP meds). Anyone else gone through this? Any tips?

There is a person in my company who doesn't work actually. He has 16 years of exp . But he always tries to escape from work. I escalated to my manger also but he is not concerned about that.

And that person has 1 of junior who does his work.

My boyfriend and I both work from home. His loud tone of voice is driving me nuts. He is an entrepreneur and gets in intense calls daily as he is trying to get his business off the ground. I cannot concentrate on my work because l always hear him raising his voice in the room next door and it stresses me, as I am a sensitive person.

Guys, i joined a company for 13lpa(prod firm) but i didnt sign any Agreement or offer letter on first day as HR was busy. Second day morning i got a call from another firm where my 2nd round was on hold. Now i cleared it. Its 17lpa. Should i think ethically and continue or switch to new one ?? The second one permanent work from home and comparatively bigger product company. Personally i am very much confused and stuck actually.
