Got it makes sense. OP originally asked for how to assess during a recruiting screen but definitely assess what’s most important to you and get those out of the way up front early. Usually comp and remote/in-person/hybrid is enough for me to decide whether or not to move forward.
You need a well practiced elevator pitch.
And to know what your boundaries are. You can say no thank you during screening. It is a two way decision.

It’s a screen so no need to really prep. Just be prepared for the typical tell me about yourself and the salary range question. Good luck!
