For my 401k, I’m currently invested in black rock target date 2045 retirement fund with expense ratio of .0506%. Will it make sense to switch to State Street S&P 500 Index Non-Lending Series fund which has the expense ratio of .0027%? Appreciate any suggestions, things to look out for etc

I started a firm with three other colleagues about a year and a half ago. We all came from the same bigger firm and now obviously we are considered a very small. We want to make our first hire and hire someone for around $100,000 as a manager to manage around $200,000 of work. They came back at $120,000. After taxes and benefits that’s $150k to manage and prepare $200k of work. Anyone own a smaller firm who can share opinion? How much work should one manage for that kind of salary?

I have invested in a pass through LLC - we’ll call it LLC A. We bought a rental property in OH and invested in LLC X that manages another property in a different state (DC). When I get my K1 from LLC A, do I personally have to file DC state return since all income/loss is pass through?? Or do I only only have to file OH state return from my investment in LLC A?
