What tools are you using to get audience insights? I.e. the ask suzy, pollfish types. Any other ones?

Depends on what type of data you need. Suzy and Pollfish are good for DIY surveys but whoever writes the surveys should have a strong foundation in research to ensure quality is not compromised due to poor question formation and flow. Insights is more about the translation of the data into something usable, won’t come directly from these tools.

100% this!

Additionally, the tools really depend on the audience you’re looking to learn from. In my experience, people filling out surveys on rapid quant platforms are not truly representative of your core demo. They are often serial respondents lol.

If you’re looking for a more qualitative platform, but still DIY with a quick turn around, I’d recommend Dscout. The platform is centered are respondents (scouts) submitting video or photo responses. Video helps you weed out the poor fits and brings the insights to life. I’ve had really good luck in the past.

I feel that my growth and development in my current agency is being held back because my managers don't have the technical proficiency of aptitude in digital media to keep up with current developments in the industry.
The problem is that I respect them (would even consider them friends). They are about 10 years older than I am, but they've largely only worked in our little niche sector.
Does anybody have any advice about how to overcome this. I don't want to drop them in it with their bosses.

Need advice please: Have you ever applied to a role on LinkedIn or ZipRecruiter, see that your application gets downloaded, or even get a “thumbs up” on ZipRecruiter, and then they don’t reach out to you for so much as a 10 minute phone screen? Is there anything I can do to get them to respond to me? I’ve tried reaching out to the hiring managers, job posters etc. and no luck! 😞

I was just offered an RN II position at Stanford Hospital’s B3 unit for $84/hour. Are there any RNs out there who can tell me what it’s like working on the unit and if it’s worth leaving my job for? I love my current job, my schedule and the people. I have no problems with it except that it’s 1.5 hours away from my family and it pays $25/hour less than Stanford.

Also, do you think it’s too late to ask if I can visit the unit before I make my decision? Thanks in advance.

Relationship is going pretty well apart from my partner being pretty unhealthy… I like to eat clean in general but she doesn’t like veggies and I’m a little fearful for our future family if she’s just encouraging them to “eat what you feel like” is there anyway to help change this behaviour? Any suggestions? It’s not like I never go eat fast food or what not, just that our frequency of consuming desserts has increased exponentially after we started dating and she doesn’t exercise either
