Had interviews at three different places recently, all of which seemed to go well. Recruiters/HR people told me they’d be in touch with next steps end of last week or early this week. Haven’t heard from any of the three and none of them have responded to follow-up emails 🙃

Question for job hunters: I’m hiring for an open position on my team right now, but I’m also planning a lateral move to another dept within the same medium-sized company. At what point during the interview process would you want to know that the hiring manager might be transferring?

FWIW, there would be a 4-6 week transition period. My new role would interface occasionally with my current team.

This year I have not got any interview from FAANG (I don’t know why…) but got two offers from Consultancy.
1. Digital Product owner (80% focusing on financial industry)
2. Digital strategy consultant ( 50% focusing on high tech industry) but my worry is that this would be more strategy work

JD - graduated in May. I started working for a small firm in March, during my last semester. I stayed with the firm until this month: pay was garbage, and supervisor started treating me poorly when they found out I was interviewing for other firms.

In the process of interviewing with a company for a Marketing role and so far I have met with NINE people, did a lengthy case study, went to the final round and then now they want me to take an aptitude and personality assessment. I work full time and I think this is so excessive. Not to mention it was not once mentioned to me when I asked the recruiter about the interview process. Do you think this is a red flag?
