What type of consulting do y’all do? I feel like I’m the only black person I ever see on my projects and I’m wondering if I’m alone? I’m in M&A Finance.
Does anyone know if you’re allowed to do internal roles and still apply to GSAP or is there a client-facing role requirement for 3 years?

Would appreciate any input/advice on my financial situation. 26M, current have a net worth of ~ $70k and recently finished paying off $33k in student loans. Net worth is split between $34k in my 401k (originally started contributing to it 4 years ago on a pre tax basis but for the last three years it’s been all Roth 401k, currently contributing 12%), $22k in cash/CDs (wanted to build up an emergency fund), $15k in Roth IRA which i maxes out for the first time in 2019 (5k of that is cash tho),

If I make $122,500 salary and my bonus is anywhere between $20,000 - $52,500, what should I be doing in terms of 401k contributions. I know I max it out to the $19500 limit but I think my strategy needs to change compared to my salary when I first entered the workforce (2014 $75,000). Do I decrease my Roth contributions, do I avoid it all together or do I actually increase my Roth...kinda just brain friend but thinking about it.
I created a support group on here to discuss mental health issues and give advice to others in PA suffering from depression, anxiety, etc. Would love to have you join! Link in comments.
I am doing research into entrepreneurship & am curious about gender differences. I would be incredibly grateful if you could complete this short survey: https://forms.gle/93GZYhYV4zdxpJJz6. Thanks all!!
I’ve got a bachelor’s in Economics (4.0 bby) but I’ve been stuck in PMO roles the last few years. I feel like I was dumb for not doing something more STEM related like computer science during undergrad. Seems like there’s no Econ jobs that don’t also require comp sci knowledge. Maybe I just don’t know how to market myself with an Econ only degree? Feels like I need at least a masters to do anything with Econ without the comp sci part. Should I just learn a programming language lol
Had a phone interview with hiring manager last Thurs. Thought the conversation went well and the recruiter said she will be in touch as soon as she gets feedback from the manager. Now it’s Tues and nothing. Is this bad? Or am I just being too antsy? Do I need to chill out?😖
Does it make sense to make your full 401k contribution in January (assuming you have the cash already)?
