What type of investment will allow me to invest a set amount of money, and have it reinvest returns automatically?

Robinhood has automatic dividend reinvestment features, but now it seems to require $1 minimum to reinvest. There are also ways to automate deposits and stock purchases.

helpful

You can set preferences to reinvest dividends. Not sure what returns you are speaking of bc those would only be realized if you were to withdraw them right?

A dividend reinvestment plan on a stock would.

GM!
im 10 weeks into my contract as a PO at a large satelline/wireless provider (synonym: plate) and the company has offered to bring me on as an internal employee.

currently i am hourly contractor at a rate of $50/hr + 2k sign on

the salaried offer is for 104k ( $52/hr)/ no bonus

problem here is that i work 48-52hrs/wk & get paid overtime, so taking this offer would actually be a paycut by about $250-300/wk

how / what should i negotiate as a fair compensation package

I'm a noob with bonds, can someone break down ibonds for me in idiot proof language?

Per what I'm reading the interest rate is 9.62% if I buy through Oct 2022. It's a 30 year investment, but I can withdraw after 5 years without 3 month penalty.

Questions:
(1) Is the interest rate fixed or variable over the term of the bond?
(2) Assuming 9.62% is annual return but definitely want to confirm 🤣
(3) Do most people actually keep it in 30 years? I'm looking at 5 years for now and re-assess
