Whats the recommended line length for bullets on the resume portion? Is 4 lines too much? Even 3 lines a bit much? ...By the time I get to stating any numerical outcomes or “why” the accomplishment is special I usually spill over to the 3rd or 4th line. I’m still able to fit resume to 1 page but worried if lots of 3-4 liners are discouraged.

i am pretty good at my job but am not seeing fairness in pay and can't stand my department (cool kids club/good ole boy club). I am being considered for a HR Analyst role as we speak with potential of making $20k more (HR and Talent Acquisition are separate at my company). Is it worth the jump to HR/Benefits or should I just get the experience and eventually make more money in Recruiting? I have a general background in HR but find recruiting to be super easy, to be honest.

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

Anyone have recommendations on 401k administration and visa process education or certification programs? I know bare minimum on both and really want to up my game. TIA!

I'm a corporate recruiter with 3 years of experience. Finishing my degree in HRM 5/2022. I'm thinking of getting my SHRM -CP shortly after graduation.

I'm not sure of where to go after that, but I doubt I will stick with recruiting or my current firm.
