Minority investment models. At the barebones level, they’re very easy because there’s typically no leverage.

No, sorry.

But it’s not very complicated.

One…you get a customer list and some stats about pnl and you have to build a quick model, and answer some questions about growth metrics (ltv/cac, arr, net retention)

Two…you get a pnl and you model out a minority investment

Three…put together a basic cap table

Should I specialize in Blockchain or AI? I’m a freshman in a CS degree and I can’t decide. My main argument to choose blockchain is the easy entry with little experience and high salary, I plan on growing my skills during the bear market and get a job once the market recovers. Regarding AI, I find this field fascinating but I feel like it requires a lot of experience, degrees and diplomas.

Hi All,

I will be joining LTI as a PMO shortly. Had few questions, are they offering any asset like laptops, headphones etc. as they are still on hybrid model, if yes, will be handed over to the employees or owned by company itself. Also, what's the average hike an employee gets in a year.

Your reply would be highly appreciated

Hello Everyone! Had a discussion yesterday regarding “claw backs” being included in a policy for sponsorship if the new employee leaves before 3 years. It was a declining percentage over a three year period. My POV was that it wasn’t something I’ve ever done and didn’t seem like they were sure of the hire they were making. I get wanting to save costs but at the same time doesn’t feel inclusive or welcoming. Thoughts? Have you done this or seen it work? Thanks!
