I've exited consulting as a BI analyst in tech but have 0 clue which direction to take my career. I am thinking of part time masters or even nondegree programs (that are affordable) in data science to become more technical. I lack the discipline to take self guided courses online but also unsure if a paid program would be worth the time & money. Has anyone taken a part time coursework that was actually valued to their career?

In college I was sexually assaulted by a guy in my larger friend group. I didn’t press charges, but I ended up telling a few people in my friend group and gradually everyone found out. I tried to avoid him at all costs, but it was hard because we had the same friends and he was popular.

Now after college I’m invited less & I feel like I’m gradually being cut out of our larger friend group. I want to find new friends, but it’s so hard to feel excluded. I feel depressed. What do I do?
