Sleep No More was one of the coolest things I’ve done in the city. Being fully immersed in a theatre experience for several hours felt like a total escape from reality. 10/10 would recommend

What are the best ways to reduce my out of pocket expenses when buying, this can be negotiating options or other ideas? I’m 25 and a first time home buyer and would like to keep a good amount in my savings. I plan on only putting 3% down and am looking for homes within the 350-400 range but received a pre approval for up to 600.

I am a registered sales assistant which means I have my series 7. I also have the 63 and my Life & Health license. I was a financial advisor but the role is commission only so I decided to take a role as an assistant for some time to learn etc. I really like my role, but I only make 32k a year and after taxes I only take home about 25k. I have a gut feeling that I’m not being paid market value but it’s tough to find comparable salaries. Do you think $15.38/hr is a fair wage in this case?

Currently have 10 years experience in TA last 5 years in management. Moved abroad for a management position this company made senior leadership redundant! Spent around 3 months unemployed and was offered a position around 40% less salary for a Senior Recruiter position so going back to what I had done a few years ago! Took the position because excellent company and also needed to work. Quickly realised this is literally taken a back step in my career - Rest in comments

My previous landlord is requiring me to get a form notarized stating I no longer live in my previous unit and that I have moved out. They won’t give me my security deposit unless it’s notarized despite me being moved out of the unit completely, and my keys have already been surrendered. The lease doesn’t state this form is required. Anyone else experience this before?

I recently moved into a new place that has windows with metal frames. I noticed that now in the winter months since it's cold outside the window frames have a lot of condensation and everything is soaked. Has anyone experienced this before? Is this normal or should I be telling like the building management about it? I'm scared that it might ruin the wood and paint around the area.

How much time do you spend alone during the weekends ? I usually don’t like being alone, so I try to plan something with my friends and feel sad if I don’t have any plans. It could be just going to the park but I highly depend on company of other people. With spring around the corner, I feel the pressure to make friends/ start dating so that I can do something. Am I weird ?
