What value does CFA add if you’re on the technology and/or Risk Management side of finance? Specifically unsecured lending.

I have got 10 years of experience in project management with solid records and I had to leave my last employer after just 8 months due to a restructuring. Now I have landed a cool job in an investment bank on the business side however my manager is the typical boomer micromanaging everything and everyone with strong requirements to go to the office everyday (absolutely not needed) I feel like I will be suffucating soon. Should I look for a job already? How bad will it look?

Tips for how to switch up teams/brands internally if you’re fairly new and not digging the work? I really enjoy my agency’s culture, but my scope of work is very tedious, and I can’t foresee myself enjoying it long-term or growing as a creative.
