What is the salary band for an experienced associate in people and organization at PwC?

Associates are leaving the firm at a pretty steady pace. The partner I work closest with reached out to ask whether I was happy and to clarify whether there was anything they could do to keep me happy. Is this a trap? It’s well known we’re paying below market. Should I ask for a salary bump? Please help. Feels like it may be a trap and with talks of a recession I am trying to tread lightly. Thanks in advance!

I don't get it.. Isn't this a bad use of time for a PE firm?

Small PE firm did 3 hours of behavioural interviews before hearing my comp expectations. Now I'm almost done another 3-4 hours of senior level interviews, likely to get the role.

If I decline whatever offer they bring, it would be a waste of everyone's time.. so why proceed this way?

Can understand vetting fit and lowering risk, but is there a tactic at play here to see how bad I want it or to lowball me?

Guys, I have an offer from Sweden for 45000 sek per month gross salary for 12 years experience in java, springboot, rest api and microservices architecture. They are also providing 1 month gross and flight tickets as relocation allowance. In India getting nearly 30 LPA from January 2022. The location is Helsingborg or Goteberg. I can choose it.
Please advise if it is wise to accept the offer from Sweden or continue here.

HR told me the joining date as 26th oct, If I dont resign in infy before 24th of this month it may cause an issue because of notice period. I cannot resign without offer letter in hand. So how many days does it usually takes?

I work in outsourcing and have a dedicated client that runs about 110 hours a month that i work on each month. I put my resignation in last week and my manager told me I’m not aloud to tell them, that she has too. Also, she didn’t even CC me or include me in on the conversation. I have a close relationship with them and have worked on them since i first started 3 years ago. Is this normal practice?
