There is no chance the total yearly raise from senior to manager is 9%. It’s not uncommon in audit (at least in my office) for seniors to get 9% from year to year. I would be upset with anything less than 15% to be honest.
Don’t need luck. I will bounce in a second for an additional 10% if I don’t feel I am being compensated fairly.

Yeah andersen tax used to be wtas and before that Arthur Andersen. Obviously they only do tax now ;)

I know somebody got 12% but they convinced the partner that it was unfair and they got 15% of approx 80k. 🤔😬
I got12% in tax. Depends on year, rating, and service line. Assurance is low - more like 9% at most
