Hi guys, I have got an offer from Verizon. Role: MTS-3. Package: 21Lakhs (Fixed) + 12% Variable pay + 45 days of monthly salary as relocation expense + 50,000 joining bonus. YOE: 5.6 Years. Does the package look fine or shall I negotiate further?

I have been selected as Associate 2 for Management consulting DDV team at PwC AC bangalore office. They are currently offering 14LPA fixed with 12.5% variable.

They have asked me to submit my documents and then they will start the negotiations. Can anyone let me know if this CTC is okay? I feel it is low as per the Management Consulting team. Please advice

A recruiter wants to share my work with an agency. They want to know my salary requirements right away, before they’ve even shown interest.

I’m fine for them to look at my folio, it’s on the internet for anyone to see. But I don’t think I should have to say my salary expectations before I even know what the role is and whether they even like me.

Is it fair just to say I want to wait til I know more about the role?

I have regularly scheduled skip level meetings with upper management. These meetings have been very unstructured and not super beneficial to me as I feel I would be stabbing my manager and director in the back if I say anything negative and don't have many common interests with my VP's to just have small talk.
