What firms are mandatory WFH excluding required client travel?

I think I’m pretty underpaid so thinking of asking for a ~20% raise at my annual review. Currently at a boutique firm making 90k base and 5%bonus, 5 YEO (3 industry, 1 as software consultant, 1 in my current role as a senior consultant), Top ranked specialty MS degree, MCOL city. Is this a reasonable request? Going to bring in some “market research” aka Glassdoor screenshots. Any other advice?

How lenient with clients are firms being re retainers and bills between COVID and holidays? Standard in our fee agreement is (a) required replenishment of trust balance, and (b) hearing/mediation retainers due 45 days prior. We used to be somewhat understanding, but now it’s by the book. And this change was almost overnight.

Has anyone made the switch from Public to becoming a licensed real estate agent? Thinking of being proactive and grabbing my license while my schedule is slow and hopefully transition out when the market becomes more lucrative

What certifications are good for technical project manager? I was thinking to start with PSM and PSPO and then move to ITIL, ITSM. Not sure about this though. Not planning to do PMP as I think it’s more waterfall focused. Was also thinking about AWS. Any other certifications recommended?

Does anyone else get really bad anxiety when you're about to call parents? I suck it up and call anyway because that's just a part of my job but I would like to know how to make the anxiety go away.

Is anyone here familiar with the project management associate role at PwC? It’s not accounting related, but I’m not sure where else to post. Would really appreciate any of the PwC people on this bowl to ask or refer me to someone within their network. I am helping my wife look for a job. Sometimes some of the security rules on fed projects seem a little more post-9/11 xenophobic than necessary. If it's not a national security type agency, why does it matter if we use USI for a deck?
