I am a HCM Technofunctional consultant for over 5 years with total EBS experience of 20 years. I am looking to change the project. How much is prevailing rate in the market?

Producer friends who hire editors / deal with budgets: I’m a freelance editor currently charging 1200 / day (base before OT). I get this rate fairly consistently but do have some clients and projects that can’t afford this and if I love the project I will sometimes work for less. I thought this seemed pretty reasonable based on my experience (senior level). But I just heard of another editor charging $1500-$2000 a day. Is this a sustainable? Am I vastly under-charging? Or are they full of it? 🤯

Are brand manifestos necessary? I’ve been doing branding for 12 years and both agency and clients put so much focus on it but it never really gets used/read after project is live.

I am a tester at level 10, working in a US project. We have our agile meetings in US timings.But the thing which annoys me the most is we work in whole day and then we sometimes have to attend the meetings till 9:30 pm IST at night.We are told to login late next day but still my productivity falls after 8:30 pm.I feel that attending these EST meetings is the duty of the onsite lead. My onsite lead expects us to attend those meetings till 9:30 pm.Kindly suggest.What should I be doing

As a technical project manager, I would like to know what is a good career path to move forward in? Would the next logical step be a program manager or product manager?

I haven’t been able to land a job. I have been trying to do my own projects. But, companies ask me about “real” experiences. I know I could do a real project by volunteering but it hasn’t been that easy either. It’s 2021 and I don’t know if it’s smart to afford another year on job searching only.
How did you all start your careers when it was hard to find in early years?

1. Male ECD suggests a sexist and tone deaf idea for a project

Been renting in NYC a few years now. Landlord is increasing my rent. All my investments got killed; no hope of buying a place anytime soon (was working towards it). In some cases, we can put an adchoices icon on the ad displayed on the app while the audio is playing, but what if someone is just streaming their radio or podcast app to their speakers or car?
