I found our nanny through SitterCity! Shes been with us for the last year. I pay her $13/hour, cash.

Agree with Sittercity. We also used nannylane
$30/hour for two kids in Bay Area. Plus you need to be on the books as a lawyer, pay taxes etc.

Although care.com is an option, I had much better luck with the “nanny and babysitters Facebook group” in my city and it obviously didn’t have the steep cost that a monthly subscription to care has.
We’re paying $25/hour cash in a MCOL city.
I second the above post - lots of local nanny/childcare FB groups.
I’m in Denver and going rate for a professional nanny is around $25+ an hour
