My first job as a psych nurse I made 34 an hour but then on top 4 dollar night shift differential 7 patient ratio. Second job covid tester 40 an hour 5 8 hour shifts usually 100 pts a day. 3 rd job in a hospital in step down icu 32.50 an hour night shift differential 3 dollars( patient ratio is 1 to 4).
