Hi- I’m an hourly AA, been on the role for 6 months now and it’s my first AA job. I did not get a raise when I took the job because it was technically a demotion ( I was a team leader at a contact center). I assist two VPs and now they want to add a third because they’re looking for the “ 3:1 ratio “. Should I ask for a raise? Is this normal? I know another AA that handles 3+ people but idk if she’s hourly or salary. Any thoughts?

I have a final interview for a company in the Bay Area. It’s an entry level role and was told it would be $26. I have spoken to other employees and agree with this pay. I have an experience of near 6 years and I have an offer from JPMC and Pepsico. There's a difference of 5-6 LPA. Pepsico is paying more which is basically a variable component. In Pepsico, project/product development will start from scratch. Though JPMC is an established brand name. Which company should I join? Any suggestions and advice are most welcome.

I have an offer in hand and another company is about to make me an offer. I'm not so firm on my expected CTC - usually if I like the company I will compromise reasonably. I feel that HRs deliberately delay the communication after they ask me expected CTC - expecting me to follow up with them. So I don't follow up with them until they call back. I have 6 YOE and expect 24-25 LPA in Bangalore to which they hesitate. How to handle these situations? I'm very confident that I deserve what I ask for.
