Hi fishes, I have offers from UKG and Snap on Business solutions. Ukg is offering _16.8 CTC and Snap on is ready to give - 18 Which organization should i join? I am more inclined towards UKG as it is a product based and wlb seems better.

There won't be any effect from the company's side, but in this case you will feel bad for getting rejected many times leading to depression and anxiety issues. This has happened with many Engineers, so best is to apply to only those posts that you feel atleast 60% positive chances.
Whoa...that is a LOT of interviews. I'd say the only impact such a volume of meetings would have would be on your own mental health.
Why on earth did you schedule so many interviews?!
To reach expected CTC and if current CTC is low then we have to attended Interviews ang get counter offer.
Also to get right project for the skill set. We don't know which company will release offer letter even after technical rounds went well they put on hold. So in between this we have to look for other options as well.
Also if we want to know project then it can be only in last round.
Its hactic and tiring but considering above points and other points we have to attend Interviews
I mean it kind of sounds like you've convinced yourself as to why do it. If you're not feeling the mental health effects, then I just don't see a problem.
Mental health is not the the problem. I am concerned about getting blacklist and less options in future.
