Fishes!..I had a CTC of 25L in Chennai and joined for 35L in Bangalore,on the premise that the company is ok with WFH for long term..
Now within weeks of joining, company says Govt has mandated work from office so all need to report by October..is this true from govt side?.. Now accounting for Bangalore rent and costs the savings will be lesser than previous , without even accounting for this year, where my family has to still rent in Chennai..Shall i start looking again to fix this dumb mistake

I’m so comfortable at home and can spend more time cooking and exercising when I’m not commuting. Google is obviously a better brand than my other offer, but I’m not sure if that is enough to make it worth it.

I communicate very well, but sometimes I feel so bad when I don’t, or when I forget an English word in the middle of a design presentation 😣… Sometimes I wake up and my English is not good that day, for realz.

Till yesterday, my job status on Barclays portal was job offered. In evening, I got a mail saying congratulations on your offer & they have asked to click on the Barclays portal link and to accept the offer within 5 days, I did the same, now job status has been changed to offer accepted. But I didn't get Offer Letter via Mail. Guys, Do I need to wait for offer Letter or the one which I have accepted on portal is the same?

I asked Barclays HR for offer revision.

Can I expect revised offer letter? Will they match 23.5 or above.

I have 7 yrs of experience with current CTC 12. With variable. i have following offers
Barclay's : 15 fixed BA4
Wipro : 18.5 fix SSE B2 + 1.5 var
Which should I go for?
