Do you think an MBA in my scenario makes sense?
Currently a L62 at Microsoft as a PM, which is the post MBA level (I have 3 YOE). I have a desire to try out VC investing or ops, and an MBA might open up my doors. However, I’d be giving up a massive opportunity cost (in those 2 years I’d probably make senior pm at msft) and don’t need an MBA for lateral big tech moves. And another offer from PwC India for senior analyst tech consulting 16.7 L fixed + 167k variable + 1 L joining bonus : 19.37 LPA +including joining bonus). Which one should I go for considering Work quality, WLB and annual appraisals ?
