My current CTC is 21 LPA (fixed), with approx 6 years of experience. Recently I cleared all interview rounds at HCL & Hexaware. I asked for 28 LPA but both the HR is raising budget constraints for this role. Can anyone suggest, shall I be rigid for 28 or let them release offer and then try to get some other offers and ask for counter?

I got an offer from a top 5 bank with the following details.

92k base salary
10% target annual bonus
No signing bonus

I am going to counter with 100k and 8k signing bonus and provide them with my reasoning. The salary range on the job posting is 84k - 99k - 109k. Is 8k more insulting? Should I ask for 102k? The recruiter told me they are targeting low 90s when we first started talking, fyi. I also heard this company doesn't do signing bonuses so we will see about that.
