My firm has a collections budget (80% of your billable rate x 1850 hours) and an hourly budget that must be met in order to be eligible for a bonus. The firm cares very little about originations and will reward someone for making their collections over someone who brings in new work. I missed my collection budget due to some odd timing with a client, but originated more than all my peers so no bonus for me. I’ve been at this same mid level firm for 9 years and it’s all I know. Is this normal??

They both have the same requirements (generally speaking) including a capstone course that serves as a field immersion course with the Master's in Management, which is fairly new. If I am not able to gain admission to Harvard Business School, but wanted a similar educational experience to become a consultant, should I attend Harvard Extension?

Parents who have or have had a baby. How was the first year or two for you? Was it awesome, was it terrible, did it change your relationship with your partner? Did you regret it, did you want out? I've heard that having a baby can really change things between you and your partner and that a lot of marriages fall apart at that point. Just interested in stories and feedback.

Also curious if one partner kind of pressured the other into having a child/was driving force in wanting the baby.

I have few doubts, 

I need to know when the Talk will be started with M for the hike. Today is 14-sept-22, no info from M till now. 
what hike percentage I can expect from this coming annual hike?
And also If I will be promoted to A in October then what percentage hike I should expect from the Promotion itself?

Cognizant Experience -
Last Wednesday, My HR round was completed and they said your offer letter will be released by next day(they asked me to fill cdf-2 form) then I kept waiting and waiting for the offer letter.
After multiple email chain and all, HR called me to say, we cannot move with your candidature as your experience is below 3 years. I said I already informed this to you before the interview, she said yes but we can not proceed. Very unprofessional.
