I got an offer from TCS of 8.13LPA for 4 yoe and accepted that offer. but my salary was revised from 6.2 to 7.74 LPA in appraisal at my current company, now if I compare it with tcs it is I am getting less than 10% raise in tcs . How should I approach to HR in tcs regarding this issue.

I had my HR interview and salary negotiation of @KPMG on Jan 28th. After that I havent received any offer letter yet.

Whenever I call the HR, he informs that it is still in approval phase.

Can anyone please tell me how much time it takes to get the CTC approved as its been nearly 1month, or does this HR's dont have any calrity on that part?

What in house jobs pay the most? As a more senior big law associate, I'll be pulling down around $500k this year with the bonus.

I recently attended an interview with KPMG and cleared the technical rounds. I was promised 11.5 lpa fixed and now after clearing technical rounds they say 11 lpa fixed. The HR was also not ready to negotiate. During the technical rounds, the interviewer was straight forward and said there will be lot of work pressure and appraisal will be once in an year. My YoE is 2.9 years. Is it really worth taking such an offer ? Any suggestions are appreciated
