Contemplating switching firms for zero base comp increase at same level. Only upside is a nice sign on bonus and a guaranteed FAANG engagement. The work sounds more rewarding than what I’m doing now so I believe I will be happier and will perform better, but money talks and not sure it makes sense. *also up for manager this year.
