Technical round, salary discussion/HR round for HCL completed 2 weeks back. I got to know there should be another round called "TAG" round. I didn't get any mail regarding that. I am waiting for offer letter.

what is TAG round?
Is it technical round or HR round?
Is this a qualifying round?
what are the questions they have asked?
is this round round mandatory for all? because I didn't get any kind of mails ahout this?

I am looking for office manager positions down there, but willing to start with another Admin. Coor position. The pay scale is very different from NYC which was to be expected. I was contacted about an Admin position but the cap was $10K less than I’m currently making. What would be a realistic number to settle on?

Yesterday my interview went well for Senior Scrum Master role but at-last when the interviewer asked me if I have any questions to ask then I said no, it was nice talking to you. Thank you.
