I got an offer from EY GDS India with 11.5 LPA Fixed and 5% Variable pay. For some of my friends got 10% variable pay. I am at staff level. Senior and above only will get 10% variable pay or even at staff level they will give 10% variable pay?
My Professional experience is 3 years and 2 months in Cyber Security.

Calling all Loan Originators!!! I've been in the mortgage industry for 5 years now (3 years as a Realtor, 2 as a loan originator).

Last years rates, anyone could have done well. You didn't have to sell a mortgage, people just applied.

I am currently serving my notice period at PwC AC. They had given out a retention bonus in march with the clause to return it in full if an employee leaves the firm any time before march 2023. Tax was deducted when the bonus was paid out but as per the HR the tax will not be adjusted when I pay back the entire amount.
