We need more teachers down here in AZ! If you're in the area, or moving to the area, or even thinking about moving to the area (😅) feel free to check some of these out and apply. I would recommend going through the schools website, but there are multiple schools hiring! Cannot provide referrals, can provide recommendations for a good place to get a drink to celebrate your new job.

You just described a day and the life of a teacher! Let me know when you find a job that doesn’t match this description! Ha!
You probably should move into the public school system and get paid a little more for doing the exact same thing. Best of luck!

Look for a homeschooling group in your area. Some families pay experienced teachers to provide small group learning experiences to their children. In NH, there is a company called Prenda that does this. It looks very rewarding! Also, consider working a a private Nanny. You have the joy of working with kids and sometimes you can make a lot of money, plus bonuses like traveling with the family and/or brining your own child with you. (I did this when my kids were little. It was fantastic.)
If you have a specific talent, like playing an instrument or puppetry, consider becoming a children’s entertainer. Our school hires some pretty awesome people who come
And perform for the kids as in-house “field trips”. They get paid A LOT to put on these shows and the kids love it. Try applying at your local children’s museums, too. You can continue to work with kids in a different capacity. Good luck!
