Hey managers and above, does anyone evaluate/look at utilization at the beginning of the fiscal year for staff and seniors? Or does it get evaluated only near end of year? Curious to know...
Accenture digital fish. What percentage was your bonus? I found out my bonus numbers but I had left in October. I was a level 9 and got 4%
CV advice please! I’ve been running deals myself (w one senior partner) since I was a trainee because 3/4 of my team quit back then and the partner to assoc ratio was very high in my team. Was tough but great training. I’m just under a year qualified (including my training I have 2 years of exp). My team is now staffed with 3rd/4th year assocs but I’m still chosen for the biggest deals and I draft the loan docs which the partners wouldn’t ask the other assocs to draft (Cont below)

I don't understand the need to drop MOAB (Mother of All Bombs) to take out 30 guys in caves. Wouldn't a surgical strike do ?, feels like a bazooka being used to shoot a pigeon ....

What’s the most strategic exit you can make when getting a new job? I want to roll off my project and just say I am looking for a new project and just never take a new one... (sounds terrible I know) My current project contract is about to be over and a lot of people are using it as an opportunity to roll off even though they’re prolly gonna renew it. Start date for my new job is negotiable so I really want to collect as many checks and stack PTO as much as I can. Deloitte Accenture EY PwC Boston Consulting Group Accenture

Was referred by an MD at a firm for his practice; recruiter reached out for availability - then proposed a time…I totally forgot to confirm the proposed time (which has now passed) then I misspelled her name in my panicked apology note. What a start to the day…it’s a great role too

My wife and I are both COVID positive. Anyone who has it knows that it is a battle. Some morning you wake up feeling good and a couple hours go by and you’ve been hit by a train. Not good for solid chunks of working time. Plus, if you extend yourself too much while feeling good, the negative side is that much worse. I tried explaining it to the senior partner I work most closely with and he said “you will do anything to get out of work.” I am a hard worker who gets everything done correctly and
